Registration Category and Fees

On behalf of the Organizing Committee of AI4SD 2026, we take the pleasure to invite you to International Conference on Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Development that will be held on September 2-4, 2026 at Politeknik Negeri Bali, Kampus Bukit, Jimbaran, South Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali 80364, Indonesia.

Note

• All registrations include admission to all technical sessions and e-proceedings.
• At least one author must register to include the paper in the conference.
• The paper will be considered only when full registration is received.
• No refunds after acceptance and registration.
• Publisher may reject papers failing to meet quality standards.
• Offline Day 1 only — participants must manage travel & accommodation on their own.
• Tea/coffee, high tea & working lunch will be provided on Day 1.

Refund & Cancellation

• Conference fees are non-refundable.
• All rights are reserved by the Conference Secretariat.

Payment Policy

• Payments must be made in USD.
• No registration will be confirmed without full payment.
• Only online payments (Visa/MasterCard) are accepted.

Terms & Conditions

• Registration must be completed before deadlines.
• Terms may change according to government norms and regulations.

Privacy Policy

• Photography and videography may take place during the event.
• Attendance grants permission for media usage for promotional purposes.

Publication Policy

• Publication with any specific publisher is not guaranteed.
• Indexing is not guaranteed; indexing bodies act independently.

Visa Announcement from AI4SD 2026

• Please note AI4SD is not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Notification of Acceptance Letter and Invitation Letter (after registration) issued by the AI4SD Committee Board. It is suggested that the visa should be applied at least 1 months before the departure.
• Should your application be denied, AI4SD cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will AI4SD engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.
